We decided that as a year group, we were going to participate in the sport of Cabbage Hurling.
This morning we went out in our classes to find 3 children who would be in the semi finals.
The afternoon was a tense affair with crowds eager to see who would be crowned Cabbage Hurling Champion 2017.
Well done Hayden - our Year 1 champion!
Well done Jack - our Year 2 champion!
Well done Mr Toyne - Teacher's champion (it was pointed out he had an unfair advantage but he was very happy with his award!)

This looks like lots of fun, Year 1/2! A big well done to Hayden, Jack and Mr Toyne for being the champions! I think we should try this in Year 3/4, what do you think?
